A mysterious
anemone..
There she
stands both delicate and defiant,
Surrounded
by her silvery silken shroud.
From the
winter's cold she emerges, an alien among flowers.
Seemingly harsh
and eerie, yet nonetheless soft and earthly,
Her golden
inner core lies hidden amidst a cloak of violet;
Until it
unfolds, bursting with life!
